O.n.S Indoor Bootcamp
Our Indoor Bootcamp class is a type of group physical training program conducted by a personal trainer and are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 45 minute period of time.
Class sizes & equipment
Our classes are small with a maximum of 8 participants at a time. Each person wears a Bluetooth heart rate monitor during the class, to follow their progress.
Safety is very important during our training sessions. We will challenge you to push against your limits and will identify those who are going beyond the boundaries of their body’s capability.
Our trainers are certified and highly knowledgeable of these exercises and their corresponding effects. We always keep our participants’ medical and fitness history in mind. They not only possess the skills, but are able to execute exercises and to properly assess the physical needs of our clients. We won’t group people with different capabilities, in the same class, but allocate them accordingly in different intensity level classes.
