Our pregnancy classes form part of a group physical training program conducted by an exercise specialist and is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of exercises over a 45 minute period.

Class size & equipment:
Our classes are small with a maximum of 6 participants at a time. Each person wears a Bluetooth device during the class to follow your progress.
